Refund Policy
At Senderella, we want you to be happy with your order. Refunds are available for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be our error are covered at our expense.

Important details

Return Address. By default, returns go to the manufacturer’s facility. An automated email notification will be sent once your return is received. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. Using an alternate return address makes you responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address. If the address provided is insufficient and the shipment is returned to the manufacturer, you are responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments. Returned shipments that are unclaimed will be sent to the manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Sealed or Hygienic Goods: We do not accept returns of sealed items such as face masks due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned face masks will be disposed of.
EU Consumers notice
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that aren’t suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of translations.
